Sam Horowitz, principal broker and co-founder of Samuel Realty Group. Sam's entry into the brokerage community is both unique and remarkable. As a former real estate associate at the law firms: Kramer Levin Naftalis and Frankel and Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, Sam participated in the development and marketing of residential projects across New York City and Long Island. Sam credits his exceptional understanding of these purchase and sale markets to his time spent as a practicing real estate attorney. By combining his legal background with an overwhelming passion for real estate sales and entrepreneurship, Sam delivers a high level of expertise and thoughtfulness. As a graduate of Columbia University and Fordham Law and an alumnus of Columbia University's Men's Golf Team, Sam is equipped to thrive in the highly competitive real estate arena.
